Frasers Group is in search of a committed and meticulous Facility Maintenance Associate to assist in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our modern fitness environment. In this role, you will be essential in fostering a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

This position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive cleaning of all facility areas, including exercise floors, changing rooms, showers, equipment, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are regularly sanitised and disinfected to uphold a hygienic setting. Manage waste disposal by emptying bins, replacing liners, and adhering to proper disposal protocols. Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform management when restocking is necessary. Work collaboratively with other team members to guarantee a seamless and secure experience for all users. Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the relevant department. Consistently uphold Frasers Group's cleanliness and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously. Familiarity with effective cleaning methods, sanitation practices, and safe chemical handling. Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to prioritise tasks efficiently. Good communication skills and the ability to function as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
