Loungers is a unique and exciting place to work, and we're looking for a talented Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the management team to maintain our high standards.

What You'll Do
  • Support the management team to maintain high standards of customer service and quality
  • Lead by example, setting the pace for the team and ensuring that every customer leaves happy
  • Deliver 14 great shifts with the team, ensuring that every customer receives a brilliant experience
  • Take ownership of the detail, ensuring that every aspect of the service is exceptional

What We're Looking For
  • You'll be an existing Supervisor, Team Leader, or an epic front of house team member ready to take their first step into management with a background in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
  • You'll have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation
  • You'll have a natural talent and passion for hospitality
  • You'll be extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles
  • You'll have good literacy skills alongside excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs
  • You'll have good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • You'll be a self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales
  • You'll have strong knowledge of best practice in the following areas: sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS
