About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Peripatetic Navigator to join our Calderdale Recovery Steps Team. As a key member of our team, you will work flexibly across Todmorden and Halifax Hubs, providing a warm and welcoming experience for individuals accessing our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred, responsive, and comprehensive assessment and support to individuals, facilitating their progression into structured treatment.
  • Collaborate closely with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals.
  • Contribute to reducing substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.
  • Support case management tasks for individuals, covering sickness and annual leave as required.
