We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Outreach Specialist to join our team at Via Kingston. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with substance misuse and homelessness in the Kingston upon Thames borough.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver effective street-based interventions to individuals at risk of homelessness, facilitating positive outcomes and promoting recovery.
- Manage a complex caseload, coordinating assessments, evidence-based interventions, and recovery planning to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure adherence to Via policies and safeguarding principles, promoting a culture of recovery and well-being.
Via Kingston is a fully integrated substance misuse service, providing clinical and psychosocial interventions from our main treatment hub in Surbiton. Our team is dedicated to promoting recovery and improving the health, wellbeing, and functioning of Kingston residents, regardless of circumstance.
