We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Scientist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Medical Device team, you will play a crucial role in the development and formulation of innovative vaccine delivery solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct process development and formulation activities to support the design and manufacture of medical devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Generate technical reports and documentation to support regulatory submissions and quality audits.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in an R&D Lab, preferably in Medical Devices or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP practices and quality systems.
- BSc/BEng in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
