Job Title: Development Scientist I

This role is a key member of the Product Development Team at Revvity, responsible for designing, performing, and interpreting experiments to support product development workstreams under the supervision of a line manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute experiments to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure that experiments are well-organized, and equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Present data at internal meetings and ensure that conclusions written in experimental reports reflect the data presented.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Adapt to changing project priorities and manage own time to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • BSc Degree or Equivalent in a life sciences subject, preferably Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or Biology.
  • Experience in assay development or molecular diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of Quality System concepts and requirements, including GMP and ISO systems.
  • Problem-solving experience and ability to work independently.
  • Cell culture, ELISA, and flow cytometry experience.
