We are seeking a Regional Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting a field-based merchandising team, collaborating with a variety of well-known brands across multiple retail locations.
At eXPD8, we engage with diverse categories such as: Literature and Entertainment, Apparel, Grocery, Health and Wellness, Alcoholic Beverages, and Toys. Your role will involve ensuring that retail displays are set up efficiently, products are showcased appealingly, and inventory levels are maintained.
Role Overview:
Confirmed working hours: A minimum of 20 hours per week.
This position will involve travel to various retail locations within a designated area.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Adherence to Standards You will be expected to understand and comply with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety regulations. You will implement planograms to ensure uniformity and adherence to merchandising guidelines. Product Arrangement and Stock Replenishment You will organize products on shelves and displays to enhance visibility and attractiveness. Promotional Setup and Signage You will create promotional displays and signage to effectively convey pricing, discounts, and special offers. Communication and Relationship Management You will foster strong working relationships with in-store staff, particularly with department and store managers. You will provide timely and accurate feedback to our client account teams through our feedback application, acting as the representative in the stores.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Willingness to travel within the assigned area. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes is required. Experience or enthusiasm for merchandising, retail, and/or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage your own workload effectively within specified timeframes, using initiative to solve problems. Commitment to delivering high standards and service for our clients. Experience in training or mentoring colleagues is a plus. Willingness to accept home deliveries of promotional materials or stock items for certain visits (additional compensation will be provided). Proficiency in using a company tablet for downloading briefs, capturing photos, and responding to task-related inquiries.Why Join Us:
