Job Title: Apprentice Commissioning Engineer

At Fyba Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Commissioning Engineer to join our team. As an Apprentice Commissioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful commissioning of complex projects in the water industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide commissioning expertise to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  2. Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure high-quality results.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Plan and manage resource requirements for projects.
  5. Ensure cost-effective system commissioning and ICA engineering.
  6. Commission projects within budget and to the required quality standards.
  7. Develop and maintain effective documentation of the commissioning process.
  8. Recognize the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to achieve it.
  9. Continuously develop personally and technically to stay up-to-date with industry changes and innovations.
  10. Maintain a safe working environment and report safety issues responsibly.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in the water industry, preferably in commissioning.
  2. Commissioning experience in a contracting environment.
  3. Complex commissioning projects.
  4. Process control systems and strategies.
  5. Electrical and instrumentation systems.
  6. Working within a certified quality management system.
  7. Knowledge of contract law, including standard forms of contract in the water or process-related industry.
  8. HNC/HND qualification.
  9. MEICA commissioning experience (desirable).
