Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Administrator to join our team at Home Marketing & Management. The ideal candidate will have previous letting experience and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Upload new listings to our database
  2. Book viewings for potential tenants
  3. Process application forms and arrange move-in appointments
  4. Coordinate tenancy renewals and ensure smooth transitions

This is a part-time role, working 17 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £11.43-£11.44.

Requirements:

  • Previous letting experience (1 year preferred)
  • Driving license (preferred)

Work Environment:

This role is based in our office in Pudsey, Leeds, and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
