Kitchen Manager

In this dynamic role as a Cook at HC-One, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team to prepare and serve nutritious, healthy meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our Residents. You will be accountable for managing kitchen supplies, maintaining kitchen equipment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be required to complete necessary paperwork, such as COSHH and HACCP, and participate in safeguarding training. Your positive energy and ability to work effectively with others will be essential in this role.
About YouWe are seeking a highly organized and autonomous individual who is passionate about food and has a knack for following recipes perfectly. You will be responsible for planning and prioritizing tasks, managing food stock, and working within budget constraints. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with Residents and colleagues will be essential in this role. You will also be required to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns.
