Culinary Specialist

In this dynamic role as a Cook at HC-One, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals that meet the diverse needs of our residents. Your expertise will ensure that every meal is a culinary delight, taking into account cultural preferences and dietary requirements. You will also be responsible for managing kitchen supplies, maintaining equipment, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Occasionally, you will assist with special events, such as birthday celebrations, summer BBQs, and Christmas parties. Your focus will always be on providing exceptional care and service to our residents.

We are looking for a talented and organized individual who is passionate about food and has excellent communication skills. You will be able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to follow recipes, manage budgets, and liaise with support teams will be essential in ensuring the success of our culinary operations. You will also be responsible for recognizing and reporting any concerns related to resident wellbeing and safety.
