Vehicle Sales Administrative Specialist

Position Overview:
Lookers Cardiff PSA is on the lookout for a committed Fleet Sales Administrator to become a vital part of our energetic team. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with seasoned Administrators to deliver exceptional administrative assistance to our Fleet Sales division.
Primary Duties:
- Generate invoices for newly acquired vehicles
- Manage manufacturer purchase invoices
- Work in tandem with sales personnel to guarantee precise documentation
- Revise stock information within the ordering system
- Organize delivery timelines for clients
Candidate Profile:
We seek a proactive individual with previous administrative experience. The ideal applicant should demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities and a positive mindset to excel in our dynamic setting. Experience with Kerridge software is advantageous, although training will be provided.
