Position Overview:

Lookers Cardiff PSA is on the lookout for a committed Fleet Sales Administrator to become a vital part of our energetic team. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with seasoned Administrators to deliver exceptional administrative assistance to our Fleet Sales division.

Primary Duties:

  • Generate invoices for newly acquired vehicles
  • Manage manufacturer purchase invoices
  • Work in tandem with sales personnel to guarantee precise documentation
  • Revise stock information within the ordering system
  • Organize delivery timelines for clients

Candidate Profile:

We seek a proactive individual with previous administrative experience. The ideal applicant should demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities and a positive mindset to excel in our dynamic setting. Experience with Kerridge software is advantageous, although training will be provided.
