Key Responsibilities- Risk Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure alignment with our risk appetite.
- Provide risk management leadership and guidance to our teams to ensure effective risk management practices.
- Develop and maintain our global risk framework, including risk and control self-assessment, risk incident reporting, risk appetite reporting, emerging risk reporting, and stress and scenario testing.
- Lead the development and operation of our risk management system and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain our risk appetite framework, regularly reporting to senior management on our risk appetite position and ensuring that risk appetites are considered and embedded in decision-making.
- Lead thematic reviews on key risk topics and develop and maintain our risk management system and reporting tools.
- Ensure the effective operation of our risk governance structure, liaising with our Secretariat to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of our risk committees.
- Produce high-quality regular and ad hoc reporting to our risk committees, enabling them to effectively discharge their responsibilities.
- Experience
- Proven experience in risk management, with a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Experience working as part of a high-performing team to deliver successful risk management outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and processes.
- Ability to design and deliver leading risk management tools tailored to our unique business model and satisfying regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
