Join our dynamic Rizing Enterprise Asset Management team as a seasoned SAP Enterprise Asset Management Solution Architect.

We are seeking a knowledgeable professional who is prepared to engage in extensive assignments in the Middle East, specifically in Riyadh. This role requires advanced architectural expertise to facilitate software implementation initiatives and contribute to comprehensive project planning by offering functional strategic insights. You will play a pivotal role in business development by steering intricate discussions with clients and prospects to showcase Rizing's innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic direction for SAP project planning, integration, and overall solution architecture.
  • Lead Professional Services team members in implementing best practices that positively influence the overall platform.
  • Advise on promoting designs, tools, and new features that leverage SAP and Rizing's latest advancements.
  • Assist project leads in translating business objectives into viable solutions while evaluating feasibility and optimization.
  • Drive business development efforts by engaging with current and prospective clients about enhanced capabilities, features, and applicable solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities by collaborating with Business Development to conduct workshops, craft RFP responses, and address unique client challenges.
  • Develop industry-specific process knowledge and maintain familiarity with relevant functional strategies through networking with expert groups.
  • Contribute to training initiatives and expand SAP expertise by participating in Rizing competency centers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in ISO55000, ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma, SAP EAM, or SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Experience in asset management or production roles.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Proficient in SAP's EAM suite and related domains, including PP, MM, and PPM.
  • Basic understanding of new SAP products, such as AIN, Asset Central, ASPM, and PdMS.
  • Familiarity with SAP mobility tools.
  • Strong conflict management and negotiation skills to reconcile diverse interests and viewpoints.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to challenge conventional practices to exceed client expectations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of articulating ideas clearly and tailoring messages to audience needs.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn and apply new business concepts and techniques.
  • Adept at managing multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization and delegation skills.
  • Knowledge of industries such as manufacturing, transportation, utilities, oil and gas, or mining.
  • Coaching and mentoring abilities to develop team members and establish credibility within project teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
