Your role will encompass providing strategic functional guidance to enhance overall project planning. You will play a crucial part in driving business growth by leading intricate discussions with clients and prospects to showcase Rizing's innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic direction for SAP project planning, integration, and comprehensive solution architecture.
- Lead and mentor Professional Services team members to implement best practices that positively influence the overall platform.
- Advise on promoting designs, tools, and features that leverage the latest SAP and Rizing offerings.
- Assist project leads in translating business objectives into viable solutions while evaluating feasibility and optimization.
- Support business development efforts by engaging with existing and potential clients about enhanced capabilities and solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities by collaborating with Business Development to conduct workshops, prepare RFP responses, and address unique client challenges.
- Develop industry-specific process knowledge and engage with expert groups to stay informed on relevant strategies and objectives.
- Contribute to training initiatives and expand your SAP expertise by participating in Rizing competency centers.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in ISO55000, ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma, SAP EAM, or SAP S/4 HANA.
- Experience in asset management or production roles.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Expertise in SAP's EAM suite and related modules, including PP, MM, and PPM.
- Familiarity with emerging SAP products such as AIN, Asset Central, ASPM, and PdMS.
- Basic understanding of SAP mobility tools.
- Strong conflict management and negotiation skills to harmonize diverse interests and viewpoints.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to challenge conventional approaches to exceed client expectations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at conveying ideas clearly and tailoring messages to suit audience needs.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality, with a capacity to swiftly learn and apply new business concepts.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client projects while prioritizing and delegating effectively.
- Knowledge of one or more industries such as manufacturing, transportation, utilities, oil and gas, or mining.
- Coaching and mentoring abilities to develop team members and establish credibility within project teams.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
