Position Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Environmental Specialist, an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in construction and quality oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance and Environmental Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to document and report on the quality aspects of our projects.


You will utilize our digital quality management system to monitor critical installation components, such as groundwork and structural elements, adhering to established 'Standard Operating Procedures'. Additionally, you will capture and report any defects or non-conformities.

This data will be communicated to site teams and the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure a 'Best in Class' project delivery.


Your main objectives will include:
Ensuring that installations comply with building regulations, our internal standards, and client specifications, while executing the quality plan with the necessary critical evidence to mitigate potential major issues.

Compliance Control:
  • Collect and reference evidence accurately, making it accessible within our quality management system.
  • Adhere to all ISO standards, including following company policies, attending mandatory training sessions, and actively pursuing set objectives.
  • Conduct site visits as outlined in our quality plans.
  • Assess site quality for compliance or non-compliance.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or relevant quality assurance roles.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel and stay away from home as needed.
Possession of a CSCS Card.

Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ACC.
The ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and software utilized at Reds10.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with colleagues, consultants, site personnel, subcontractors, and clients.
