We are seeking Quality Assurance Specialists to join our Solution Domain Group and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs. Quality Assurance Specialists are tasked with designing and executing tests on software functionality, performance, and user experience. They conduct tests (often automated), analyze outcomes, and communicate findings to the development team.

To excel as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you should possess a solid understanding of software and test design, the ability to execute tests, and the skill to interpret results.

Ultimately, the Quality Assurance Specialist should be results-oriented, possess strong communication abilities, and maintain current knowledge of software programming and testing methodologies.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding, user-centric software and driven to innovate and enhance testing practices.

You will collaborate within a high-performing Agile team to deliver innovative new products. Our offerings address challenges and unlock data related to the lifecycle of physical assets.

You will work alongside various teams developing our next-generation software solutions on the Arcadis platform, as well as with teams managing our existing product lines.

Quality Assurance Specialists participate in pre-planning and story grooming sessions, adding value in the following areas:

  • Engaging in project and quality risk assessments
Sprint Planning - Involved during the Sprint, particularly contributing in the following areas:

  • Documenting bugs identified during testing in JIRA
  • Integrating and executing automated tests on a CI server
  • Testing during the Sprint – Quality Assurance Specialists are involved during the Sprint, particularly contributing in the following areas:
  • Integrating and executing automated tests on a CI server
  • Providing prompt feedback to the team regarding any issues
  • Experience in testing iOS mobile applications.
  • Experience in developing iOS mobile automation testing frameworks from scratch using WebDriver IO, Appium, Node.js, and Xcode
  • Crafting clear, concise, and comprehensible acceptance tests in Cucumber for collaborative use
Strong experience in a Continuous Testing / DevOps environment is essential.
