Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team at BYLOR Joint Venture. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake land and topographic surveys using specialist equipment and technology, including robotics and 3D scanners.
  • Set out and implement precision instrumentation for structural features.
  • Analyse data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD, Civils3D, and Leica Survey Software.
  • Prepare survey drawings and present data to clients and stakeholders.
  • Advise on technical matters and provide quality assurance processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to deliver project objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in large infrastructure projects.
  • Specialist land surveying skills, including experience with EDM/Total Station.
  • Knowledge of reinforced concrete and its applications.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Civils3D, and Leica Survey Software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
