The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design principles, with experience in the nuclear industry. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and ensuring that all design activities are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Civil DMT in the delivery of civil engineering design services to our clients.
  • Manage a team of engineers to ensure that all design activities are completed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement design processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all design activities are aligned with project objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles and practices.
  • Experience in the nuclear industry, with a focus on civil engineering design.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams of engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
