Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Lead to join our team at Assystem. As a key member of our Civil Engineering Design Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality civil engineering design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design principles, with experience in managing complex projects and leading teams. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that their expectations are met and that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of civil engineering design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Manage complex projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with the client's requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the project is delivered successfully.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and leading teams.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
