About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at ETeam. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business change and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Technology to understand business requirements, define current and future state operating models, and create end-user test cases and user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct analysis and interpretation of technology and operational impacts.
  • Assist with change management planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the existing analysis function to help define ways of working.
  • Prepare project materials and maintain project documentation, including Wiki pages and various analysis collateral.

Requirements:

  • Proven business analysis expertise working on strategic change and transformation projects.
  • Ability to engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technology teams at all levels.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and define analysis activities and planning, working with the Principle Analyst and Senior Project Management.
  • Strong skills in Target Operating Model definition and Current/Future state process mapping, including workshop management.
