Lead Theatre Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to take on a leadership role at our hospital in Nottingham. As the Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team, coordinating staff training and resource needs
  • Assist in the delivery of patient care and contribute to quality improvement
  • Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and yourself
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in coordination, ordering, mentoring, and leading others

  • ILS and Mentorship qualification
