Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with visitors, delivering a consistently high-quality experience in line with our 5-star Visit Scotland criteria.
  • Lead by example, setting the standard for customer experience and ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
  • Host Global Market and VIP visitors, providing a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Provide retail support to the Retail Manager and Visitor Experience Manager.
  • Ensure a 5-star standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization in the Visitor Centre and shop.
  • Undertake key holding responsibilities, including site security, cash handling, health and safety, and first aid.
  • Attend staff meetings and stay aware of daily business needs.
  • Complete all required training to ensure effective job performance and stay up-to-date with brand information and education materials.

Requirements

  • A positive, enthusiastic, and committed approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full clean driving license.
  • The ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
