The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, exceptional communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of the energy sector's regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the COT process, ensuring smooth transitions for incoming and outgoing tenants.
  • Verify tenancy changes, update records, manage COT pricing, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between commercial, sales, and operations departments to ensure a coordinated approach to COT processes.
  • Generate reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to support effective COT management.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in operations management, preferably within the energy sector, with a focus on change of tenancy processes. Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment governing the energy sector, including Ofgem, Elexon, Xoserve, and the Retail Energy Code (REC), is essential. Proficiency in data management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
