Job Title: Senior Virologist

CK Group is partnering with a leading UK life sciences biotechnology company to recruit an experienced Virologist at a Principal Scientist level. The successful candidate will join the company's site in East London on a permanent basis.

The Role:
  • Provide scientific expertise, leadership, and advice to multiple projects.
  • Develop and deliver study management training programs alongside line managers.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise Senior Research Scientists and Study Leads.
  • Support clients in setting up their projects.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of virology and assay technologies.
  • Oversee the initiation of study plans and assign resources for scientific experiments.
Your Background:
  • Degree in a relevant scientific subject or PhD in Biological Science.
  • Good working knowledge of GCP labs and ICH GCP standards.
  • Experience in project management and providing technical support to senior stakeholders and clients.
