CK Group- Science, Clinical and Technical is partnering with a leading UK life sciences biotechnology company to recruit a seasoned Virologist at a Principal Scientist level. The ideal candidate will have significant project management experience and a strong background in virology.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide scientific expertise, leadership, and advice to multiple projects.
* Develop training plans and deliver study management training programs alongside line managers.
* Train, mentor, and supervise Senior Research Scientists and Study Leads.
* Support clients in setting up their projects.

**Requirements:**

* Expert knowledge in virology and a thorough understanding of assay technologies.
* Ability to oversee study plans and assign resources for scientific experiments.
* Degree in a relevant scientific subject or PhD in Biological Science.
* Good working knowledge of GCP labs and ICH GCP standards.
* Experience in project management and providing technical support to senior stakeholders and clients.
