About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at KP Snacks. As a key member of our production line team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and developing strategies to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs. You will work closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime and maintenance costs
  • Lead the maintenance team and provide guidance and support to ensure effective maintenance practices
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
