Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing, guiding, and nurturing a dedicated team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting financial assessments, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Reviewing and processing monthly forecasting inputs, ensuring accuracy with a focus on volume, mix, and pricing.
3. Preparing and analyzing monthly local distribution costs, identifying risks and opportunities.
4. Leading the annual budgeting cycle and ensuring adherence to critical deadlines.
5. Overseeing the Business Intelligence reporting platform on Power BI for finance-related analytics.
6. Producing comprehensive monthly Profit & Loss reports for management, accompanied by insightful commentary for all major business units.
7. Performing proactive variance analysis of actuals against budget, forecast, and prior year to facilitate informed business decisions.
8. Conducting monthly actual/forecast meetings with non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership.
9. Collaborating with business unit management teams to develop new KPIs.

Qualifications
- Ideally, you should be a Qualified or Newly Qualified professional, although Finalists will be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial finance experience is required.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel is essential.
- A proven track record as a business partner is necessary.
