Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a Consistent First-Class Service: Provide a high-quality, multi-channel enquiry service to meet team and department targets.
  • Resolve Enquiries Effectively: Take ownership of resolving customer enquiries to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Communicate Effectively: Respond to customer enquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Manage Enquiries: Prioritize and manage a high volume of customer enquiries to meet service level agreements.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as databases and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
