OVERVIEW
Get Staffed Online Recruitment is seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. This role is crucial for identifying, attracting, and shortlisting top-tier candidates to meet our recruitment needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance the employer brand to draw in exceptional talent.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to engage with potential candidates proactively.
- Conduct headhunting for specialized positions.
- Create and manage high-quality job advertisements.
- Research and suggest innovative recruitment strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Utilize various tools and methods to identify and attract candidates.
- Efficiently process applications and monitor candidate responses.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Qualify and present suitable candidates for defined job vacancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate recruitment and selection processes.
- Maintain relationships with candidates, including those not actively seeking new opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a Recruitment Specialist is preferred.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate outreach.
- Background in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Basic understanding of employment law is essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
