Talent Specialist Job Description

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Confident in communicating effectively over the phone.
  • Demonstrates a high standard of attention to detail.
  • Possesses a good level of IT literacy.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Open to learning and adapting to new processes and systems.
  • While no previous recruitment experience is required, candidates with transferable skills from customer service, sales, or target-driven environments are highly desirable.
