About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Exams and Data Officer to join our team at Royds Hall School. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data and examination records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data and examination records
  • Develop and implement effective data management systems
  • Provide high-quality data analysis and reporting to support school improvement
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data management and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
  • Good working knowledge of SIMs/Arbor and relevant modules
