About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IFA administrator to join our team in High Wycombe. As a key member of our small but effective team, you will provide administrative support to our wider team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative duties from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Process and prepare new business enquiries, informative packs, and products, maintaining high standards of quality and individualisation.
  • Audit and prepare client packs, monitoring progress from start to finish and ensuring accuracy.
  • Review client reports as needed, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Respond to client enquiries via email or telephone, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Ensure up-to-date procedures are followed and applied to daily tasks, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
About You
  • You will have experience working within an IFA setting or financial services role, with a strong understanding of the industry and its requirements.
  • You will be highly organised, a forward thinker, and possess excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work.
  • You will have strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office, Intelligent Office (IO), PaperCloud, and other provider platforms.
  • You will be driven to deliver results, working effectively in a timely manner and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
