Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties, ensuring optimal performance and returns.
  • Develop and implement business strategies for assigned properties that align with customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and arrange maintenance to meet high standards.
  • Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate lease and contract agreements with contractors in a reliable and efficient manner.
  • Market vacant spaces to attract new tenants, utilizing effective marketing strategies.
  • Collect receivable accounts and manage operating expenses, ensuring financial stability.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends.
  • Oversee property personnel and assess their performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand our portfolio and revenue streams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices, applying this expertise to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or Real Estate Asset Manager.
  • In-depth understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
  • Strong customer focus and bottom-line orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Valid real estate agent/broker license.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
