  • Monitor and control operating expenses, ensuring financial goals are met
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasting requirements and analyzing variances
  • Oversee property personnel and assess their performance
  • Report on financial performance and provide insights for business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager, with a strong understanding of property management and its financial aspects
  • Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, including those related to property management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a valid real estate agent/broker license
  • BS degree in a related field, such as real estate or business administration
