We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Residential Estate Agent to join our team at Q Recruitment. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Generate Property Valuation Appointments: Seek new business opportunities and arrange valuation appointments with clients.
- Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
- Viewings and Follow-Ups: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing prospective buyers with detailed information and addressing any queries they may have.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and act upon feedback from clients and buyers to improve service delivery and address any concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legal requirements and company policies, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
- Experience in residential estate agency
- In-depth knowledge of the property market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work and collaborate with management to execute successful sales strategies
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Strong organisational skills
- UK driving licence is essential
Package
- Salary guarantee of £27,500 pa
- After which you will receive a basic salary of £25,000 pa and a realistic OTE of £35,000 pa
