As a Seasonal Team Member, your role is crucial in delivering exceptional service.
Engaging with guests at reception and providing insights about the hostel and surrounding area, ensuring every visitor feels informed and welcomed.
Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as food and beverage sales and service.Performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a comfortable and pristine environment for all guests.
Assisting in food preparation in the kitchen and serving meals and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride, which will contribute to increased sales.
Encouraging guests to enjoy dinner with us or suggesting a beverage or dessert as you assist with table service, ensuring a diverse and welcoming experience for all.
