Chef de Partie Opportunity
Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Pheasant at Buckland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sous chefs and head chef in the preparation and cooking of meals
- Work across all areas of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes
