Chef de Partie Opportunity
Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Pheasant at Buckland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting our sous chefs and head chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Support the sous chefs and head chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct standards and presented to the highest quality.
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes.
