Sam's Kitchen is a high-end restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and occasional supper clubs, burger pop-ups, and special dinner events in the evening. Our first site opened in Hammersmith in June 2023 and quickly became a popular destination in the area.

Our Team

Our Head Chef Abbie Hendren has been leading the team since the opening and is now looking for a talented Sous Chef to help her oversee the kitchen at both locations in Chiswick & Hammersmith.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar environment and be fully flexible to work evenings, daytimes, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen and ensuring high-quality food production.
  • Manage kitchen staff and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Monitor inventory and control food costs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive dining experience.
