Care-at-Home Director

Barchester Healthcare Ltd is seeking a seasoned Care-at-Home Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable individuals. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care homes, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding care and support
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in care home management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance
