Main Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support to service users, empowering them to make informed choices and pursue meaningful opportunities in their local communities.
- Help service users identify their strengths, personal interests, and goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and colleagues, statutory and voluntary agencies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve services and support for individuals with mental health conditions.
- Direct personal experience of living with a mental health condition or being a family member/carer to someone who has had a mental health condition.
- Professional, voluntary, or lived experience of supporting people with mental health needs.
- Well-developed listening skills and effective verbal communication skills.
