About the Role:

Tassell Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate marketing team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with senior buy-side professionals, industry organizations, and relevant publications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our company's brand and services to the buy-side community.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at leading corporations and financial institutions.
  • Conduct research and gather insights through data gathering and relationship building processes.
  • Arrange and conduct interviews with financial executives to gather valuable information and insights.
  • Represent the company to top executives, demonstrating high levels of ability, knowledge, and integrity.
  • Build and nurture relationships through in-person and telephone interviews.
  • Collect data through conversations and questionnaires.
  • Support field activities, including universe improvement via primary or third-party research activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the banking or finance sector.
  • Experience in B-to-B marketing is a plus.
  • Solid business judgment and the ability to think and act independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technically capable in Excel and Word.
  • Outstanding organizational, persuasive, and time-management skills.
  • Tenacity and perseverance towards study results.
  • Solution-driven and creative thinker.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Team player.
