Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Speaking Immigration Specialist to join our team at JAM Recruitment. As a key member of our immigration team, you will be responsible for delivering expert UK immigration advice and processing for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to corporate clients regarding UK immigration and associated issues, including sponsor license applications and other corporate immigration applications.
  • Manage and coordinate a high-volume caseload, ensuring timely and efficient case progress and document updates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to coordinate and facilitate clients' international instructions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Requirements
  • Fluent Mandarin language skills.
  • Previous experience in UK corporate immigration.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
