Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mandarin speaking immigration consultant to join our team at JAM Recruitment. As a UK corporate immigration specialist, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and guidance to corporate clients on UK immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to corporate clients on UK immigration and sponsor license applications.
  • Manage and coordinate a high volume caseload, ensuring timely and efficient processing of applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UK immigration policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to coordinate and facilitate clients' international instructions.
Requirements
  • Fluent Mandarin language skills.
  • Previous experience in UK corporate immigration.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to conduct research independently and think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent customer and client relationship skills, meeting the highest standards of service.
  • Familiarity with financial control of client accounts and time recording.
  • Good IT-user skills.
  • Able to deliver to budget, working consciously to achieve team and individual objectives.
