Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to corporate clients on UK immigration and sponsor license applications.
- Manage and coordinate a high volume caseload, ensuring timely and efficient processing of applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client expectations are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UK immigration policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the wider team to coordinate and facilitate clients' international instructions.
- Fluent Mandarin language skills.
- Previous experience in UK corporate immigration.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to conduct research independently and think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Excellent customer and client relationship skills, meeting the highest standards of service.
- Familiarity with financial control of client accounts and time recording.
- Good IT-user skills.
- Able to deliver to budget, working consciously to achieve team and individual objectives.
As a senior immigration advisor - Mandarin speaker, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team, providing expert advice and guidance to corporate clients on UK immigration matters.
