Job Title: Front of House

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our contemporary offices in Summertown, Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients and dealing with their initial enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Ensuring the meeting room is clear and ready to receive clients/visitors.
  • Dealing with outgoing and incoming post/orders.
  • Delivering high client care, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Facilities and Operations:
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure office supplies/equipment are available.
  • Arranging maintenance and renovations as required.
  • Liaising with security companies regarding fire and security alarms/door panels.
  • Ensuring kitchen and bathroom facilities are well stocked.
  • Maintaining and updating funds on the franking machine.
Person Specification:

The successful candidate will be a strong and engaging communicator with a self-motivated and results-driven approach. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with previous customer service experience and use of CRM being preferable.
