Location: Remote (with occasional on-site visits)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team at Recruitment Services UK. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various events, including racing events, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, equipment rental, and vendor management.
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure event success.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial goals are met.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive event experience for attendees.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in event management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing events from conception to execution.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and events.
