Hours:Full-Time (Permanent) & Part-Time/Flexible. Applicants MUST be available to work evenings and weekends.
Salary:Competitive + Uncapped Sales Commission on Merchandise
As a key member of our team at Daytona Sandown Park, you will be responsible for managing race events and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This exciting role involves coordinating logistics, ensuring smooth event execution, and providing top-notch support to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage race events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall event experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth through merchandise sales.
