We are representing a reputable Firm of Independent Financial Advisors known for delivering tailored financial solutions to a diverse clientele, including high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a skilled team of Administrators, Paraplanners, and Financial Advisors to ensure a smooth client experience.

In this role, you will work closely with a proactive team of Administrators, providing essential support that includes communication with providers and other key personnel to meet client expectations. The position offers opportunities for ongoing professional growth for those interested in pursuing industry-related qualifications and exploring various career paths.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule and confirm appointments, follow up on documentation, and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with advisors to optimize their schedules and assess client needs and potential workload.
  • Prepare client documentation in advance of meetings with advisors.
  • Submit requests to providers for plan information through letters of authority.
  • Engage with product providers and other third parties as needed.
  • Gather valuations, quotes, illustrations, and product information for analysis.
  • Distribute policy documents, member certificates, claim guides, and other necessary materials to clients.
  • Conduct thorough product and market research utilizing relevant technological tools.
  • Draft standard suitability letters using internal templates.
  • Review and maintain existing client arrangements.
  • Schedule events throughout the business cycle.
  • Generate and send client invoices.
  • Maintain a client birthday calendar to acknowledge special occasions with cards and gifts.
